Cindy Calvin

About Cindy

One of Cindy's greatest joys is helping people connect to themselves through yoga, which she sees as the practice of participating in life fully, breath by breath, cultivating more peace, awareness and freedom along the way. Cindy holds certifications as a 200 RYT, kids CYTG teacher, iRest Level One Teacher, and Usui Reiki Master.

Cindy specializes in Hatha yoga with ujjayi breath as the main focus and guide of class


Joshua Ferry

About Joshua

After finding the magic in yoga during the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to further my practice and worked to earn my RYT-200 teaching certification and also became certified meditation instructor while living at the Konalani Yoga Ashram in Hawaii.

Class Description

I specialize in traditional Hatha Yoga where mediation and vinyasa based flows are the center points of my practice. Mindful movements and meditative flows fill my classes and I hope to help everyone find the balance between work and relaxation in every single class!

About Jen

Yoga isn’t only making shapes with your body. You needn’t be flexible to start. You can begin even if you cannot stand on your own. What started as a way to get movement in my life progressed for me into what it is today: an incredibly insightful education on Yoga I can hardly wait to share with the community! I completed 200 hours of training (200-RYT) at Circle Yoga Shala in Jasper, AR in March 2021, and another 300 hours/ Year 1 Yoga Therapy (500-RYT) on May 1, 2022.

Class Description

If you’re ready to make changes in your life toward better flexibility of body, mind, and spirit, but don’t know where to start, I want to help you get there. I aim to work with individuals who have a passion for gaining back functional mobility, strength, quieting the mind, implementing small daily habits, working with breath, dietary changes, regulation of emotions, etc.
